In the interests of a good relation with our customers, we ask you to take notice of our travelconditions, which you accept as binded by your reservation. Concluding the travelagreement: the travelagreement must be concluded written (by letter, fax or email). Agreements, extra agreements and special wishes, which are made, must be placed in written. Payment of the travelamount: After receiving the confi rmation of the journey, a deposit of at least € 130.- per person must be paid. The rest of the amount has to be paid at the dayof arrival at the location. Our performances: The extent of our contractual performances are according with the prescription of our performances (brochure/catalogue etc.) just as the documents of your journey(reservation or travelconfi rmation). Costs of cancellation: Cancelling the travel 21 days before the planned day of arrival, there are no costs of cancellation. Cancelling the journey later, the deposit is at our favour. The holiday packages contracts are in agreement with international convention (Brussels on the 23/4/70) and from the D.L. 111/95 with the EEC dir. 314/90.
