COURSE A1
Theoretical lesson / Starting out / Basic manouvres / Tracking
COURSE A2
Movement in various directions with medium wind / Quick tack / basic jibe.
COURSE A3
harness use / movement in all directions without dagger / jibe with dagger / first use of foot straps.
COURSE F4
Water start, perfecting foot strap use, introduction to the power jibe.

COURSE F5
Perfecting power jibe / variants of the power and duck jibe / Going out in all wind conditions.

COURSE F6
First freestyle movements / duck tack nose tack / aerial jibe everything!
